Dr. Miller is an attending surgeon at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, Clinical Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of California, San Diego a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.  He is also involved in the Interface International Surgery Program, operating on children with disfiguring birth defects.
