Dr. Malan is also a National Trainer and Speaker for Vaser Institute, Wells Johnson as well as Cynosure® and the lead physician and researcher for the Smartlipo™ Institute.
Todd Malan, M.D. founded the Innovative Cosmetic Surgery Center in an effort to assist patients in understanding how advances in minimally invasive surgical techniques could provide safer and more reliable options to traditional surgery. As part of that mission he received further advanced training body Laser liposculpturing and in Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation and Designer Laser Vaginoplasty. These new and exciting body contouring and rejuvenation procedures provide our patients with the opportunity to eliminate difficult fatty areas, to correct functional problems that prevent a healthy sex life and improve self image. The newly formed Innovative Cosmetic Surgery Center along with the Innovative Cosmetic Surgery Center is proud to finally empower our patients with knowledge, choice, and alternatives.

Malan M.D. FACOG-Board Certified Dr. Malan is an Associate of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and a National Physician Trainer for Smartlipo™ Dr. Malan received his Bachelors Degree from Brigham Young University where he was an All American Scholar. He graduated in the top 10% of his class and with Honors from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in May 1993. He then completed a Surgical Internship followed by the completion of residency at Walter Reed Army and Bethesda Naval hospitals in Washington, D.C. Dr. Malan has held academic positions at the Uniformed Services University, Georgetown, and George Washington Universities. I was scheduled for traditional Liposuction when I saw Dr. Malan on the news talking about SmartLipo. I called his office the next day to learn more about the procedure and after hearing all the pros I and made an appointment. What is so attractive about SmartLipo is that you are awake during the procedure, there is minimal pain and bruising and you see the results immediately. The day after my procedure I was out getting a pedicure. I have worked out my entire life but was never able to lose the pooch on my stomach.
