About David L. Boles, D.O.David L. boles, D.O. Fellow American Academy of Family Physicians- Dr. Boles has been board certified in Family Practice since 1983. He was trained at the University of Mississippi, Kansas City of Osteopathic Medicine, and at Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center. He has practiced medicine in the US Army at Ft. Campbell as well as here in Clarksville since 1983. Dr. Boles owns and operates four Covenant Family Practices in the Clarksville, Goodlettsville, and Erin TN areas. Over time Dr. Boles developed a special interest in aesthetic medicine and after years pursuing additional education he opened A La Bella Medical Spa in 2005.
